Cyberpunk 2077’s Best and Worst Endings

Imagine a Nomad-centric tutorial, where players could begin the game at the Bakkers camp in The Badlands. In a flashback, perhaps, V could remember their time with the Bakkers, letting players go through the tutorial with Willie McCoy and other members of the clan, depending on the skill that’s being worked on. For example, the player could do the melee tutorial with one member of the Bakkers and the stealth tutorial with another. Not only would this allow players to learn Cyberpunk 2077 Vehicles 2077 ‘s basic skills , but it would also give players an idea of who Nomad V was prior to the beginning of the game. Once players complete the tutorial, the original starting point would begin, with V leaving their clan and heading to Night C

A Corpo-centric Cyberpunk tutorial could focus on V’s time as an Arasaka counterintelligence agent. The tutorial could begin with V on their first day as an Arasaka employee, where the player could be introduced to Arthur and guided through the tutorial with him while learning about what V will do as an agent. Not only would this give players the chance to see the relationship between V and Arthur, but it could also provide important information about Aras

Brick is the supposed leader of the Maelstrom gang who was overtaken by Royce. Brick is held captive in the Maelstrom hideout when the player goes to meet Royce. If the player decides to go against Maelstrom there will be an option to find and free Brick. If Brick is freed he’ll say that he’ll return the favor if they ever meet again. There is an opportunity to see Brick again in a side mission, but he doesn’t seem to return the favor. If Brick was made a romance option, that favor could perhaps be a one-night stand with V, similar to the one players can have with Meredith Stout . It could also be interesting to have a full romantic relationship with Brick that includes an alliance with the Maelstrom gang. Given the potential ending outcomes that come with befriending certain people, a Brick romance could also lead to an ending that involves Maelst

The Arasaka ending, also sometimes called the Devil ending , sneaks up on players, being secretly more bitter and frustrating than any other option. Hanako’s offer to help remove the Relic from V’s brain seems to be the safest option to save the main character’s life and she seems like a trustworthy character. In fact, Hanako does keep her word, despite how she chooses to handle avenging Soburo Arasaka, which could be what makes this ending so shockingly aw

Claire Russell is a bartender who works at The Afterlife. V first meets her in Cyberpunk 2077’s prologue alongside Jackie when they wait for their meeting with Dex and T-Bug. After the prologue, players can ask Claire to immortalize Jackie by adding his favorite drink to the menu. As players continue to go through the game, Claire will call V asking if they’re interested in being her driver for Cyberpunk’s street races . If V agrees and meets her, that will starts Claire’s questline. Throughout the quests Claire will reveal more information about herself and her life, including information about her late husband who used to be her driver for races, her gender identity, and her lack of cybernetic implants. While it is evident that Claire is still mourning the death of her husband, having Claire be a romance option could bring new life to her character. The friendship between V and Claire is already there, so why not allow players who take it one step furt

A little later, Lizzy texts V again, and when V goes back to the motel Lizzy’s boyfriend is lying dead on the floor. Lizzy claims that her boyfriend attacked her, but if V presses her for more information (or simply scans the body), they’ll find out that Lizzy actually beat her boyfriend to death because she lost control of her emotions. Lizzy seems genuinely upset and says she’s scared of who she’s turning into, and that she can feel her true self slipping away. Then, as if someone flipped a switch, Lizzy is back to her cheerful self, and asks for help disposing of the body. Later, V gets another text from her that’s just a winking emoti

In the ‘Epistrophy’ line of side jobs, Delamain asks V to recover several cabs that have been corrupted by a virus. In ‘The Glen’, the Delamain cab is feeling depressed and suicidal. After convincing V to get in, the cab attempts to drive into the river, and V has to talk him out of committing suicide (and taking V with h

With a malfunctioning relic threatening to take over V’s consciousness, it can feel urgent to complete the main quests in Cyberpunk 2077 . Rushing through the main story would be a mistake, though, as the side quests provide a lot of context to the events of Cyberpunk 2077 and introduce V to some of the most interesting characters in the g

Video game marketing is already tricky for consumers to navigate. They, and even I, sometimes have to parse out what is true and what is too good to be true. There are very few AAA games that keep all their promises and live up to their marketing materials. Figuring out where the scripted trailer ends and the real gameplay begins is key to being an informed consumer in the gaming indus
